Some answers to common questions...
Can we play in different languages?
Yes! The game is designed to be played in any language! The introduction en extra help during the game will be in English, Spanish or Catalan.
Are we really trapped? Is it dangerous? Is it scary?
Yeah! you are trapped!… well, not really!
Actually, due to safety reasons you always have an emergency exit that you can use, but it is more fun to accept the challenge, solve all the enigmas and escape on time.
It is not dangerous at all and there won’t be any phantasmagorical appearances.
You only need to come and focus on the game, working together and fast.
What is the recommended number of players per team?
The game is specially designed for a group between 2 and 6 people. We advise you to bring 4 or 5 people, because if you manage to work as a team, there will be more ideas to solve all the enigmas in the room.
However, it is also a really good activity to test the understanding that you have with your couple.
If you are more than 6 people, you always can book 2 (or 3, or 4) sessions one after the other. The neighbourhood has plenty of attractions while you wait your turn.
What happens if I book for 2 people and show up 3 or 4?
Fantastic! Each extra player will be able to participate (max 6 pax) paying the difference on arrival.
Is there any age limit?
Enigmik is also a family challenge. Kids younger than 12 years old can come supervised by two adults. Why two? Because some of the tests inside need the cooperation of two people at the same time: we recommend two adults to maintain the flow on the game so the group can enjoy completely.

Do I need to be on time?
Punctuality is very important. We recommend you to be here 5 minutes before your booked time.
Enigmik could cancel the game if you are more than 15 minutes late because it will cause delays for other teams

Prices depend on the number of players of the group. The more you are, the cheaper it will work out per person. Enigmik ticket prices start from 16€ per person (inc. VAT)
